The terms that apply to this website and to work we perform on your home.

These are the terms you agree to when you use this website or book work with Rhino HVAC. They are written to be read, not to hide anything.
1. Agreement to these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to residential HVAC work performed by Rhino HVAC LLC ("Rhino HVAC," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, requesting an estimate, or booking service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who we are and what we do
Rhino HVAC LLC is a South Carolina licensed residential HVAC contractor, license number RBH.39040, based at 904 Brentwood Way, Simpsonville, SC 29680.
We work on homes only. We do not take on commercial work. We serve Simpsonville, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, Greenville, and nearby towns within roughly a 35 minute drive. Call (864) 990-7659 if you are not sure your address is covered.
3. Using this website
The information here is general and is published to help you understand our services. It is not a diagnosis of your system, and no page on this site should be relied on in place of a technician looking at your equipment.
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with it, or attempt to access any part of it you have not been given access to.
4. Estimates, quotes, and pricing
Nothing on this website is an offer or a binding price. Prices for repairs and installations depend on your equipment, your home, and what we find on site.
A quote is binding only once we give it to you in writing for your specific job, and only for the period stated on it. If we find something that changes the scope while the work is under way, we will explain it and get your approval before continuing.
5. Service calls and the diagnostic fee
There is a diagnostic fee for coming out and finding the problem. If you approve the repair we recommend, that fee comes off the work.
We aim for same-day service when the schedule allows, and service agreement members get priority scheduling. Arrival windows are estimates; weather, traffic, and emergency calls can move them, and we will tell you when they do.
6. Warranties
Registered Lennox systems typically carry a 10-year manufacturer parts warranty, subject to the equipment and the manufacturer's own terms. That warranty is given by the manufacturer, not by us, and registration conditions apply.
Our own labor guarantee covers the first year on work we perform.
Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, missed maintenance, alterations or repairs by others, power problems, flooding, or other causes outside the work we did.
7. Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, you may receive messages from Rhino HVAC LLC about your inquiry, your appointment, and your system. Consent is to Rhino HVAC LLC only and is never a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle the number itself is covered in our Privacy Policy.
8. Financing
Financing is available through Wisetack, subject to approval and to Wisetack's own terms. Wisetack decides applications, not us, and approval is never guaranteed. Any credit agreement is between you and the lender.
9. Discounts and service agreements
Active-duty military, veterans, first responders, and teachers receive 5% off service work. Tell us when you book, and proof may be requested.
Service agreement benefits apply while the agreement is active and paid up, and cover the system or systems named in it.
10. Access to your property
So the work can be done safely and on time, please make sure an adult is present where required, that our technician can reach the equipment, and that pets are secured.
We are not responsible for delays or extra charges caused by an inability to access the equipment, or for pre-existing faults, code violations, or hidden conditions that only come to light once work begins. We will always tell you what we find before going further.
11. Website content and trademarks
The text, photographs, logos, and design of this website belong to Rhino HVAC LLC or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Brand names mentioned on this site, including Lennox, Ecobee, and Wisetack, belong to their respective owners.
12. Third-party links
Some pages link to other organizations, such as the National Weather Service or the EPA. Those sites are not ours, and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rhino HVAC LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under South Carolina law.
This clause does not limit our responsibility for the workmanship covered by our labor guarantee.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Greenville County, South Carolina.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
