AC wasn’t cooling and I also found multiple gallons of water just sitting inside one of my AC ducts. I went on facebook and noticed multiple people referring Rhino HVAC, so I decided to give them a call. They were able to come out the next day, evacuate the water, diagnose, and repair my AC system. Connor and James were fantastic and I can’t recommend them enough!

Jame is a wonderful person, he helped me save a lot of money by identifying the problem with my AC and fixing it-even though another company had told me I needed to replace the unit entirely, which would have been very expensive.

James and Connor provided me with in-depth simple suggestions on dealing with indoor humidity levels. They even completed our annual maintenance in the pouring rain. Highly recommend and will continue to be customers for annual maintenance.

Our house HVAC system not been serviced in too long of time I'm embarrassed to say. Rhino HVAC was friendly, informative and prompt with sending a tech to our house for service. Our tech James went through the whole system thoroughly, patiently and was completely knowledgeable. And he did it with a sincere and friendly customer service attitude. He showed us a few mandatory points of how we can keep things in good condition in between services such as timing of replacing filters, keeping the condensers clear enough from our garden growth and more. He also pointed out the 100% need for a kill switch to our unit in the attic to prevent any flooding damage that would occur if our unit had a water issue-A small cost to prevent a major one! We have "found" our HVAC go to. I highly recommend Rhino HVAC.

Ronnie gives the kind of service and honest answers you’d expect from an experienced HVAC guy. After nearly being hustled into buying a whole new HVAC by one of those “local” private equity companies, I contacted Ronnie. Ronnie was helpful and took the time to talk through everything. Very knowledgeable, friendly. He’s honest without having to tell you he’s an honest guy. Highly recommend.

Rhino HVAC came highly recommended in a local FB group, by numerous members. When I first called no one answered, and I have anxiety so I just hung up without leaving a message and continued being stressed out…🤷‍♀️😵‍💫 I received a call back from Ronnie fifteen minutes later and as he was in the area, was at my house and diagnosing the issue within twenty minutes. I don’t think you can get a quicker response time than that! As a less than experienced homeowner with this kind of stuff, and a solo female, I felt very comfortable with Ronnie in my home, very respectful, cleanly and well presenting-no creepy vibes at all-which is a concern of mine from previous experiences. He was clear about delivering the information he gave me about what he was going to do initially, and after assessing, clearly communicated what the issue was and a clear quote to fix it. Ronnie continued to be on top of things ordering the part as soon as I gave the go ahead for the job, picking the part up as soon as it was available and on his way to my house as soon as he got it. I felt like a priority with the all consistent communication. After Ronnie fixed my AC(yay!!!)…he also took the time to go under my crawl space and let me know about a potential fire hazard with how my unit was apparently setup before I purchased the home, and gave me a reliable referral to a local electrician who could help with that.
